EXCELLENT VISIBILITY: The see through carriage
allows the operator the best visibility possible, enhancing the
operational safety of your machine.
-
SOLID STEEL HIGH STRENGTH BLADES:

durability than T-1. (T-1 available as option) specifications:
>Thickness: 3"
>Width: 6"
>Useable Length: 72" from the vehicle face of the carriage to the
tip
>Taper: 40" std, 12" optional

6' LONG BLADES: Blade length ample to pick up cars
from the side, but not too long that will hit the back side of auto
crushing equipment, to prevent damage to it..
-
60" OUTSIDE WIDTH: The forks at the widest
outside point, at the carriage, prior to the edge taper beginning, is

CUSTOM BLADE SPECIFICATIONS AVAILABLE: Heavy Duty SAS
Crushing Forks can be built to your specification of fork length.

6" or 8".
-
BLADE STRESS POINT ELIMINATED: A common failure
point in fork blades on other manufacturer's forks is the point where the
fork blade is welded directly across the top face of the fork. This
creates immediate problems; the heat from welding at the top of the fork
weakens the the original make up of the steel and also removes the
flexibility of the upper portion of the steel on the blade, and further
concentrates the stress of the load, directly on that point of the weld,
not providing any smooth transition of the stress from the weight
load. Heavy Duty SAS Crushing Forks are assembled with a unique method of
welding the blades into the carriage, whereby it provides a transition of
the stress from the load to several areas of the blades.
-
SKID / WEAR PLATE: Skid plates under the carriage
are included.
